We offer national, European, and international shipping worldwide!

The cost of shipping within Italy is €4.95, which will be added to the total of the order.

If you choose cash on delivery, available only in Italy, an additional €5 will be added to the total, which must be paid directly to the courier along with the shipping and the rest of the order.

Note: the courier is not required to give change, so to avoid any issues, we recommend giving the courier the exact cash amount.

Shipments are handled by GLS (Italy), UPS, and FedEx (European and international) from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Estimated delivery times in Italy are 2 or 3 working days, while for the islands, it is 3 or 4 days. For shipments in Europe, delivery times are approximately 4 or 5 working days, while for non-EU countries, it is 5 or 10 working days.

Important: our jewelry is handcrafted by assembling stone by stone, and our goal is to ship the product on the same day during working days, but sometimes it may take an extra day because we make our products on the spot.

Note: with certain purchase spending thresholds, shipping is free as indicated below.

Italy:

• Shipping cost: 4.95 euros
• Free shipping for purchases over: 69 euros

Europe:

• Shipping cost: 9.95 euros
• Free shipping for purchases over: 110 euros

Rest of the world:

• Shipping cost: 30 euros
• Free shipping for purchases over: 390 euros

Unless an exception applies, the User may enjoy the right to withdraw from the contract within the specified period (usually 14 days) for any reason and without justification. The User can find more information about the right of withdrawal in this section.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send the Owner an unequivocal communication of their intention to withdraw from the contract.

If you wish to return the product and get a refund, contact us immediately through the website form or write an email to: info@dandystreet.it indicating:

• the order reference (number and date);
• the purchased products you would like to return.

When does the withdrawal period expire?

• In the case of goods purchase, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the User or a third party – other than the carrier and authorized by the User – takes possession of the goods.

The Owner refunds all payments received including, if made, those related to delivery costs to Users who have correctly exercised the right of withdrawal.

However, any additional cost resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the Owner’s least expensive standard delivery will be borne by the User.

The refund is made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day the Owner was informed of the User’s decision to withdraw from the contract. Unless otherwise agreed with the User, the refund is made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

Unless the Owner has offered to collect the goods, the User must return them to the Owner or to another person authorized by the Owner to receive them without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day the User communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract.

The deadline is met if the goods are delivered to the carrier or another authorized person before the expiration of the 14-day period described above. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the User has provided proof of having returned them.

Return shipping costs are borne by the User.
