Products
The jewelry (bracelets, necklaces, anklets) from Dandy Street are handmade with hard natural stones (such as tiger's eye, howlite, onyx, pyrite, agate), Murano glass, and beads (including the refined Miyuki), mounted on waxed threads, elastic, or technical cables, and completed with 925 silver, brass, or steel fittings. The closures can be lobster clasp, button, or snap, depending on the model. Additionally, you will also find a silver line made with 925 silver inserts.
Our socks are made of cotton, Scottish thread, and other high-quality yarns, to ensure comfort, durability, and an elegant finish. The hats (in winter models) use wool and cashmere to offer warmth and softness.
For the belts, we use fine leathers and hides processed in Tuscany, artisanally treated like vegetable tanning and drum washing for a unique effect. The buckles and metal details are in brass, steel, or galvanized metals with a matching finish.
Some bracelets, such as the Murano bracelets with button closure, are one size but can be shortened to fit your wrists perfectly. The bracelets with macramé closure can be tightened and loosened.
The other bracelets have 5 different sizes: to choose the size, measure the circumference of your wrist, you can use a tailor's tape measure or a string and then measure it with a rigid ruler.
The sizes are:
XS: 14.5 / 15.5 cm
S: 16 / 17 cm
M: 17.5 / 18.5 cm
L: 19 / 20.5 cm
XL: 21 / 22.5 cm
Example: if your wrist has a circumference of 19cm, you should choose a size L of 19 / 20.5 cm. If your measurement is between 2 sizes, choose the larger one.
Pant chain lengths average 50-55 cm.
Dandy Street men's socks are one size fits all. Made with a small percentage of elastane, they provide a proper fit for various men's foot sizes.
For most of our men's socks, the size is: EUR 40-45 / UK 6-9 / USA 7-10
Basically, to maintain the quality of the products, it is recommended to keep them away from water and perfumes.
Some of our stones, being original and semi-precious, require care: they can get scratched, lose their shine, or discolor if exposed to impacts, perfumes, lotions, or harsh detergents. Avoid contact with cosmetics, soaps, chlorine, or acids, such as lemon juice.
Clean with a soft cloth, dry immediately, and store them away from other jewelry to preserve their beauty and value.

There are no minimum order quantities or prices, even during our promotions.
Some promotions, in fact, require adding multiple products to the cart to activate the discount, but even during these periods, single products can be purchased without any restrictions.
Shipping and transport
Each bracelet, chain, sock comes complete with its branded packaging as can be seen in most product sheets.
Each product is then packaged and properly packed inside a box suitable for shipping.
To ship with your courier, request insurance, or priority shipping, you must make the request at the time of order. Fill in the "Order Note" field on the cart page to add technical notes and additional information.

We carry out national, European, and international shipments worldwide!
Shipments are handled by GLS couriers (Italy), UPS, and FedEx (European and international) from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The cost of shipping in Italy is €4.95, which will be added to the total of the order. In Europe, the shipping cost is €9.95, while for the rest of the world it is €30.
If you choose cash on delivery, available only in Italy, an additional €5 will be added to the total, which must be paid, along with the shipping and the rest of the order, directly to the courier.
Note: the courier is not required to give change, so to avoid problems, we recommend giving the courier the exact cash amount.

Italy: shipping cost €4.95 / free shipping with a purchase over €69
Europe: shipping cost €9.95 / free shipping with a purchase over €110
Rest of the world: shipping cost €30 / free shipping with a purchase over €390
No, generally it is not possible to open a package in front of the courier before signing and paying. The courier is required to follow the rule of not allowing the customer to open the package before signing for delivery, but you can exercise your right to accept the package "with reservation" if the packaging appears damaged. Signing with reservation allows you to check the contents of the package later, even if the courier has not authorized immediate opening.
If you then see that the package does not contain all the purchased products, or if they are different or damaged, contact us immediately.
Payments and Terms of Conditions
We accept cash on delivery (with an additional cost and only in Italy), Paypal (also in installments), Klarna, and major credit cards through Link's secure payments. We do not accept payment by bank transfer.
Unless an exception applies, the User may enjoy the right to withdraw from the contract within the specified period (usually 14 days) for any reason and without justification. The User can find more information about the right of withdrawal in this section.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must send the Owner an unequivocal communication of their intention to withdraw from the contract.
If you wish to return the product and get a refund, contact us immediately through the website form or write an email to: info@dandystreet.it indicating:
- the order reference (number and date);
- the purchased products you would like to return.
When does the withdrawal period expire?
- In the case of goods purchase, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the User or a third party – other than the carrier and authorized by the User – takes possession of the goods.
The Owner refunds all payments received including, if made, those related to delivery costs to Users who have correctly exercised the right of withdrawal.
However, any additional cost resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the Owner’s least expensive standard delivery will be borne by the User.
The refund is made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day the Owner was informed of the User’s decision to withdraw from the contract. Unless otherwise agreed with the User, the refund is made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
Unless the Owner has offered to collect the goods, the User must return them to the Owner or to another person authorized by the Owner to receive them without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day the User communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract.
The deadline is met if the goods are delivered to the carrier or another authorized person before the expiration of the 14-day period described above. The refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the User has provided proof of having returned them.
Return shipping costs are borne by the User.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, Dandy Street will carry out the necessary checks on the actual integrity of the products.
If the outcome is positive, you will be notified by email of the activation of the refund procedure and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, you will receive the total amount spent.
In case of a negative outcome resulting from the integrity check, the goods will be returned to you at your expense.
